Our organization is running a senior citizen help line 1090 collaborated with district police Bidar, And support of department of differently abled and senior citizen empowerment Govt. Of Karnataka Bangalore.
The centre helps the senior citizens who are in need any kind of help like harassing by the family members/ Children’s, neighbors, cheating, we are giving awareness camps, eye care camps, Dental Camps, home visits and providing Senior citizen ID Cards.

Our Organization has been implementing Niramaya Project in Calibration with Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, (National Trust) Government of India, New Delhi, It is monitored by Department of Empowerment of Differently abeled and Senior Citizens, Government of Karnataka The Main aim of this project is to provide Health Insurance to the mentally challenged, Cerebral palsy people, autism and multiple disability people. Each beneficiary will be benefited up to 1 lac per year.

AASTHA DIFERENTLY ABLED WORKING WOMENS , GIRLS AND TRAINEES HOSTEL
Organization running an Aastha Diferently Working Women’s Girls and trainees Hostel . This is we are running With the support of department of differently able and senior citizen empowerment Govt of Karnataka. Bangalore.

SPECIAL SCHOOL FOR SPEECH AND HEARING IMPAIRED CHILDREN’s RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL.
Our organization has been running a residentioal school for the Speech and Hearing Impaired at Bidar district. With the help of Management Contribution and Local Body Donation. and dedicated special trained teachers/ staffs are working in this Speech and Hearing Impaired Residential school. The children were from various parts of Bidar District and other neighbor district also. We are provided education with free food, Free accommodation, Free Medicality, Free Pick Up & Drop and life style daily leaving activities, cultural activities, and etc. and the relaterd Doctors are visiting regularly and medical care being provided to them. Every Month We Conducting Parents Meeting to get improvement of there Childrens.
DE-ADDICTION AWARENESS PROGRAMME:
We have conducted an awareness programme on drug de-addiction as so many youth and especially men are involved in the addiction and alcoholism. Now a days the ratio of women is also increasing as the women are also having the addicts of various activities. Hence, a de-addiction and alcoholism anti-awareness programme was conducted to create awareness among the peoples. The programme was very much successful one and we have got good results also.
SKILLED LABOUR AWARENESS CAMP
Our Organization is organizing continuosly an awareness camps on various labour laws around Bidar District Villages. We educated the participants about the Labour laws envisaging welfare of the labourers community. We briefed the students about various schemes being implemented by the department for the labour class in the field of Education, Health.and We encouraging/ Supporting/ giving awareness to the laborers.
SENSATIZATION PROGRAMME FOR SCHOOL/COLLEGE STUDENTS
Our Society is implemented Sensatization Programme for School/College Students / This project is aimed for the benefits of school going Childrens and teachers of overall Bidar District.
SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING AND PLACEMENT OF YOUTH.
The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme like pradhan mantra kaushal vikas yojana (PMKVY) is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood. This training is expected to benefit candidates of Indian nationality who are either school/college dropouts or unemployed. Apart from providing training according to the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF), TCs shall also impart training in Soft Skills, Entrepreneurship, Financial and Digital Literacy. Duration of the training varies per job role, ranging between 150 and 300 hours. Upon successful completion of their assessment, candidates shall be provided placement assistance by Training Partners (TPs). Under PMKVY, the entire training and assessment shall be provided to the TPs in alignment with the Common Norms. Trainings imparted under the Short Term Training component of the Scheme.
BHAVYABHARAT DIGITAL INDIA.
Our Organization running Bhavya Bharat Digital India Pro ject. We aimed of this project is we want to make one person as digitalized person in there home. As per our Honorable PM Launched this app because he wants to do pay all bills as cash less/Paper less.
COMMUNITY RADIO AWARENESS PROGRAMME
A Community Radio Awareness programme was conducted around Bidar Bidar District. A detailed survey was conducted in the said area and peoples have been benefited with the same. And the peoples have appreciated to our work.
WORK FOR CLOTH
Our Organization working with GOONJ. The GOONJ is working in the very poor and Un Reached Area to help out from the needy situations. With GOONJ we also supporting them to reach the target area around our District.
TRAINING FOR MOBILE REPAIRING:
The course is designed to build up the capacity of self-employment in the field of mobile handset repairing. The course includes Generations of mobile phones, components used in mobile handsets, mobile phone hardware troubleshooting (water damage, hang, charging problems, network problems, power failure, keypad problems etc.), installation of software, flashing, use of secret codes, PC based diagnostic tools. Students should be able to troubleshoot and repair the given handset at the end of the course.
SWATCCHA BHARATH ABHIYAN (SWATCCHATA PAKHWADA)
Our Organization is working with Swatccha Bharath Abhiyan around the Bidar District and giving more awareness programme to villagers and all citizens of the District Including Old Age Home Senior Citizens, Organization Members With Staff , and District NGO Forums, FEVORD-K & FORD Karnataka.
POULTRY FARMING & GOAT REARING, FISH REARING TRAINING AWARENESS PROGRAMME:
Our organization is running the training awareness programme under various activities like poultry farming. Goat rearing, fish rearing at Bidar District with a motive to crate awareness about the poultry farming. Goat Rearing, Fish Rearing to the farmers and to start the same in their field, so that, they will eam more than now they are earning. The training was very much appreciated by the farmers and they have assured us that, they will start the same at an earliest.
PROMOTION OF AYUSH INTERVENTION FOR IMPROVING HEALTH CAMPS
The Ministry of AYUSH was originally set up as a separate Department of Indian Systems of Medicine & Homoeopathy (ISM&H) in 1995 with the mandate, inter alia to formulate policies for development of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH), their propagation and promotion within and outside the country. The scheme is being implemented with a district/block/Taluk as a unit for the roll out of only proven AYUSH interventions. This scheme aims to provide grant-in-aid to Government / Non-Government organizations for the roll out of only proven AYUSH interventions for improving health status of the population through AYUSH interventions, like distribution of medicines, organizing Health awareness camps etc. There is a need for spreading the knowledge & benefits of AYUSH system of medicine to the large section of people across the globe. This is possible only if the drugs and practices are validated through an exhaustive research process based on standard parameter.

AGRICULTURE TRAININIG & AWARENESS PROGRAMME For
FARMERS & YOUTH:
As a part of agriculture development, we have been mobilizing resources from various Government Departments and helping the small and Marginal farmers and Youths to encourage plantation, which enables in keeping the environment balance we have also celebrated World’s environment Day and instilling environmental awareness among the General public around trhe Bidar Distrrict.
OPEN SHELTER FOR STREET CHILDREN
Street children in India face additional vulnerability because of their lack of access to nutritious food, sanitation, and medical care. Street children lack access to nutritious food because many are dependent on leftovers from small restaurants or hotels, food stalls, or garbage bins. Lack of sanitation in bathing, toilets, and water also contributes to poor health. In the same study of street children in Bidar So, For Like That Childrens we are giving Free Food, Free Shelter, Free Heath Check Up around the Bidar Distict with Own Management Contribution.

The audited statement of accounts of Dr.B.R. Ambedkar Cultural and Welfare Society for the period 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020 is appended herewith. The financial systems in Dr.B.R. Ambedkar Cultural and Welfare Society show transparency. There is regular internal audit scrutiny and the management is continuously reviewing and implementing needed improvements. Dr.B.R. Ambedkar Cultural and Welfare Society has satisfactorily complied with all statutory requirements related to financial management.
CONCLUSIONS FROM 2019-2020
The year 2019-2020 gave us a different experience compared to the previous years. The Dr.B.R. Ambedkar Cultural and Welfare Society Is continuing its efforts for the empowerment of disadvantaged and forgotten communities with Children’s and Women’s It was a good year as far our achievements are concerned. We have utilized the available funds to the maximum to implement quality programmes in this field. While the community is Moving forward in the right direction, we could identify different needs in the development front where Dr.B.R. Ambedkar Cultural and Welfare Society’s inputs would be most needed in future. With the support of Govt of Karnataka & As well as Govt of India, stake holders and well wishers, our mission to serve more and more people would become a reality. The major lessons learnt from this year that will be carried forward are:
